The apartment is equipped to accommodate 6 people, however, a further 2 temporary beds could be  used taking the maximum occupancy to 8.

This luxury apartment has 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and has both air conditioning and warm air heating. This is one of the largest 3 bedroom properties in this lovely development.

Within the well-kept sub tropical gardens is a 3 level swimming pool and children's pool. There is also a small ym and table tennis for the more energetic and next door there is a tennis club with numerous courts and also childrens play ground.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard and consists of a large living/dining area equipped with satellite TV (basic channels), DVD, PS2, radio and CD player.

A good size south facing balcony overlooks the pools and gardens and there is patio furniture to take advantage of dining al-fresco. Two of the bedrooms are doubles and one is a twin. All of the bedrooms have large built in wardrobes giving plenty of storage space.

The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Just in case they are needed, an iron and ironing board is also provided.

All the bathrooms have marble tiled floors and walls and consist of w/c, bidet, basin and bath with shower over.

Your car can be parked in the underground garage to keep it out of the heat and there is a lift from the garage up to the apartment door.

The linen is changed on a weekly basis and the apartment cleaned between lets, unless otherwise requested.
